Solar panels are effected by a build up of dirt, dust and other contaminates. As panels get dirtier, their output generally declines from around 5% up to 20% for heavily soiled panels.
Cleaning solar panels is not a cosmetic job, but is essential for your solar panels to operate at peak rated capacity. If you live close to the beach, solar panels are exposed to salt crystals which accumulate over a very short time. Other things such as bird droppings, pollen and tree sap will also severely reduce the generating capacity of your solar panels.
The Window Works team is fully trained and equipped to safely clean your solar panels. We are fully insured and all staff have active police clearances.
